Have you seen A$AP Rocky's latest performance on the Late Late Show? Seems like he isn't done promoting A.L.L.A, but what's wrong with that? Check out Rocky performing "Everyday" and "Pharsyde" while making sure his audience really felt the love and energy.
Interesting combination. The fact that Chance and Lil B did this whole mixtape off top is pretty great. It's in such a random order and I have to wonder if some of the lyrics are just really weird or really deep. I feel like I'm in room with them eating chips, passing the blunt, and freestyling over some random youtube beats. Either way, it rides to me. Here's my favorite song at the moment. Perfect cooking song for all you BasedGod fans. So I just recently heard this song 'IT G MA' and I love it. I'm pretty new to Keith Ape but I love his sound and style. Of course hearing the song, it sounds like his own version of OG Maco's 'U Guessed It' single. With the release of the original earlier in the year, Ape has received a lot of positive feedback. The remix features rappers like Waka Flocka, Father, ASAP ferg, and Dumbfounddead. The video is also super dope. Five minutes is a little long, but it surely had my attention the whole time. I'm pretty sure we'll be hearing more from Keith Ape soon. What do you think? The R&B beauty released the official video to her hit single The Way just yesterday. The video is shot in black and white, while Kehlani shows off some of her moves with her back up dancers and Chance. I love how the lyrics are pretty explicit, yet Kehlani gives off innocent flirtatious looks in the video. Her style, dance moves, and personality prove you can be sexy and confident in baggy jeans. I'm still trying to learn the choreography to this song ever since I've seen her live. Watch the video and learn some new moves! The wait is over! Rihanna has finally released the 'Bitch Better Have My Money' video. Kidnapping, torture, drugs, and nudity all in seven minutes. Not to mention this was all directed by Rihanna herself. She needed her money and did the extreme to get it, in heels and expensive fur of course. She even kept her hostage in a vintage Goyard trunk, but could we really expect anything less from the fashion icon? Watch how Rihanna shows no pity on a man and woman who owes her big time.
Joey Bada$$ premiered the video to one of my favorite songs on his album, B4DA$$ last week. The video coincides with the hook "they say money is the root of all evil, I say money is the root of all people". Joey shows great highs and lows of the paper trail, and how "far" it can lead you. There has been a growing speculation about Cara's musical career over the past few months, and the supermodel expressed her love for a music career in a recent Vogue interview. Cara uploaded a video via Instagram of her beat boxing talent. But that's just one of her hidden talents, because she also sings! Justin Timberlake and Pharrell both looked impressed, so maybe we'll be hearing a collab soon? Although the model, singer, actress, and now beat boxer hasn't confirmed anything yet, hopefully we'll be hearing some official new music from her soon. So the Surf album was released a little over a week now. It's an album with Donnie Trumpet and The Social Experiment. This album touches on so many moods and ideas. It really sounds like a celebration album of positivity and friendship. I've been listening to Surf over and over, and every time I feel more connected to this album. It's great to see someone evolve into much more. I've always thought Chance's music was super dope, but this album seriously touched a lot of my own personal thoughts. I love the fact that this album is able to give a new sound of gospel, rock, hip hop, and r&b all in one. And the collabs are crazy !! Currently, "Wanna Be Cool" is probably the song that speaks to me the most. It pretty much talks about what's really "cool". The definition of cool in this new generation is Instagram likes, retweets, followers, and brands people act like they can afford. Things that "popular" just because everyone is doing it isn't exactly cool. But it shows that you shouldn't really care about being cool, just worry about being you. If you aren't up to date with A$AP Rocky, he just released his sophomore album, At Long Last A$AP.
