One of the best designers to do it, killed the runway again. Alexander Wang showed off his rebellious spirit with his new fall collection in the Saint Bartholomew's Church. With a squad of young hipsters with transgressive attitudes taking on the runway, Wang seems like he's bringing a focus back to the young street culture. The silhouettes of pole dancers embroidered on oversized sweatshirts and sweaters, marijuana leaves on skirts and tops, and the word 'STRICT' appearing on see-through shirts, left the crowd to be even more in love with his strong, free spirited style. Everything down to the location, clothes, and music made it all one big art piece. Alexander Wang knows who to appeal to and I think that made the provocative and authentic show a great reflection of our youth today.
